We used The Key for our mother in the Spring of 2023. We gradually had to increase the number of hours per day until she moved into a skilled nursing facility. There were several times that our mother's circumstances and our needs changed very fast. The Key was tremendous in figuring out how to meet our staffing needs. We had at least half a dozen different caregivers and with one exception they were extraordinary in how they worked with our mother and us. The Key did a great job of assessing the needs before sending someone out. They were very responsive whether it be text, call or email. Our mother had specific needs in terms of helping her with toileting, showering, exercises and clothing. The caregivers listened carefully and followed instructions but also provided advice from their experience to better meet our mother's needs. I would highly recommend them.

I am so happy I found TheKey to help care for my father! His caregiver is kind, does an excellent job each week of laundry, cleaning, bathing, and food prep. I speak to her on the phone during her visits and she communicates anything my father needs or if there is something that needs further attention. He really enjoys her visits. I love the caregiver log so I can see the tasks that are checked off and any comments. The staff are wonderful and caring and took the time to answer all my questions when exploring the service and we had an introductory meeting as well. Having this service in place gives our family the help and peace of mind that was desperately needed. I highly recommend TheKey!

We have been with The Key for a short time, but already they have proven to be very caring and very attentive! The first person that we worked with was Sarah (and we continue to work with her as she is our contact person)....she has been fantastic! She is a great listener and a wonderful problem solver. She helped us find the right person for Dad and everything is running very smoothly! Michael is experienced and very knowledgeable...their (Michael and Dad's) personalities seem to work well together! Needless to say, we are very thankful to have found The Key!

I have worked with Home Care Assistance for over two years now and I have only had positive experiences with the company. They provide flexible options for hours since I am also a student. They also keep an open line of communication with the caregivers and I feel that I can always come to them whenever I am in need of assistance. The staff is extremely friendly and approachable. I always feel welcome and appreciated when I come into the office. The care managers also are skilled in making sure their caregivers' strengths match up with what their clients need. I love working with HCA!
